Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our office in Milan. The successful candidate will work on-site and will be responsible for providing technical support to local users while coordinating with IT teams across European and global offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Microsoft environments
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and company peripherals Support users at the offices and collaborate with other European offices
- Manage IT tickets and monitor support requests while ensuring appropriate response times Collaborate with international IT teams on operational and project-related activities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Ensure the proper functioning of workstations and local infrastructure Manage and support meeting rooms, including audio/video systems and videoconferencing tools

Required Qualifications:




- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
- Availability to work on-site at the Milan office
- Fluent English is mandatory in order to communicate with global colleagues and teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Basic knowledge of networking and network devices

Base Salary Range: 26,000 - 28,799. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position. Other Compensation: The position is eligible for a discretionary premio
