Sandoz Italia seeks a Field Force Territory Manager to cover Roma and Viterbo, identifying target pharmacies and chains, and delivering sales objectives within budget. You will develop negotiation strategies and drive customer engagement through campaigns and training, building long-term partnerships.
You will ensure strong relationships, optimize coverage and channels, and report market insights to guide decisions, while maintaining compliance with SOPs. Fluent Italian and English are required.
