This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities in a high-automation department,
ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production and automation systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standardsOrganize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtimeDeal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) in order to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyze problems and facilitate the conduction of machinesManage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuityTrack and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issuesEnsure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulationsSupervise, motivate, and support the growth
