What you will do in this role:As part of our team, you will play a key role in the development and management of the sectorLogistics & Industrial Letting, with activities that include:
- Management ofprocess oflease for logistics properties, from the evaluation of spaces to the identification of thetenant. ideal.
- You will be thepoint of reference for property owners and tenants, guaranteeing personalized advice and support at all stages of the negotiation.
- Identifying business opportunitiesthrough the analysis of market needs and the development of strategic relationships with corporate clients and logistics operators.
- Processing ofcommercial proposals and marketing strategiesto maximize the value of the properties in the portfolio.
- Conducting inspections, you will manage the negotiationsand you will ensure that operations are completed within the established timeframes and objectives.
- Collaboration in drafting market reportsand performance analysis to support strategic decisions lease .
- Management ofback office and updating of the company CRMwith precision and consistency.
