Cosmic Group seeks a Customer Support Technician to join a dynamic, customer-focused team in Toscana. You will install, maintain, and service systems at customer sites, train users, and support internal validation and repair activities.
The role requires hands-on electronics experience, English at least B1, and travel about 25–30% of days per year. The position is on-site at customer facilities in Italy.
