JOB PURPOSEThe Production Planner is in charge of order management and provides actions and information to support production set up, schedules and deliveries in a congruent manner with the critical path and goals of the division
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and monitor start up critical path.
- Report supply data into the systems.
- Monitor on-time deliveries, troubleshooting with team & business partners as necessary.
- Ensure that data accuracy is maintained.
- Manage information on the appropriate systems, looking for process improvements in data and information management.
- Stealth activities related to work orders creation and manufacturer management.
- SAP activities related to purchase orders creation and management.
- Liaise with Start UP Team for BOMs and technical informations.
- Liaise with PE and Purchasing team on raw material call-offs & receipts, ensuring production needs are met in accordance with critical path and delivery schedule.
- Liaise with Order Management to ensure the timely receipt of sales orders and the proper coordination of production order creation.
