Quince is seeking a Cashmere Material Quality Lead to drive end-to-end quality for cashmere and fine fibers, overseeing a QA/QC team and a dedicated testing center. The role partners with global suppliers and internal teams to uphold brand standards and drive continuous improvement.
You will implement fiber and finished-goods quality standards, manage lab protocols, and translate data into actionable quality enhancements while collaborating with sourcing, production, and design.
