Caterpillar is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join a world‑class Global Tax department,



providing technical analysis across complex, material tax matters in a dynamic, multinational environment. This is a senior individual‑contributor role reporting to the EAME Tax Director, on an evolving business model that taps on your experience in the Big 4 or in industry.

What You Will Do
- support business expansion in a wide jurisdictional base,
- translate technical rules into clear, commercially-grounded advice for stakeholders,
- M&A; and restructuring,
- tax audit strategy and support, and
- assess the impact of evolving legislation.

Given Caterpillar’s global footprint and growth ambitions, professionals with broad international tax experience in the Big 4 and/or in‑house roles who are comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments will find themselves ideally suited to this role.
