What You’ll Do
- Support Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email & chat.
- Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
- Stay up to date with new products & company updates.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
- Excellent communication & empathy skills.




- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon.

What You’ll Get
- €1,000/month base salary (×14 months) + €100 performance premio (×12 months).
- €2,000 welcome bonus.
