The role

The Sales Manager we are looking for will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across the HoReCa, Food Service,



and QSR channels in the Italian market.

The role needs to ensure the achievement of company targets in terms of revenue and gross margin, while building and maintaining strong technical and commercial relationships with customers. Through a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, the Sales Manager will have to identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy and directives.

What will you do
- Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key clients across the HoReCa, Food Service, and QSR channels
- Develop a solid understanding of clients’ business models and needs to provide effective commercial support
- Manage and grow existing accounts by proposing tailored solutions aligned with customer objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services, in close colla
