Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Operations function, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The successful candidate will support the COO in analyzing business processes, strengthening operational governance, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and M&A; integration projects.
This role requires outstanding analytical capabilities, a strong data-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Governance & Process Excellence
- Analyze and map current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the design and implementation of operational governance frameworks, promoting the standardization of processes, procedures, and KPIs.
- Monitor operational performance through dashboards and management reporting.
- Analyze performance indicators related to service levels, productivity, profitabili
