Marriott International is seeking a Multi-Property General Manager to oversee The Excelsior, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence, and The St. Regis Florence.
You will set a shared vision, preserve distinct brand identities, and lead executive committees across two iconic properties. The role requires a proven luxury-hospitality GM with strong financial acumen, stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
