About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Consultant with at least 3 years’ experience to contribute primarily to Climate Change projects—covering governance, climate risk assessment and decarbonisation strategies—and additionally support projects in Hydrology & Hydraulics, including hydrological and hydraulic modelling, flood risk and drainage studies. You will work alongside engineers, geologists, economists, environmental scientists,



chemists and biologists on a diverse portfolio of assignments for top‑tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

Climate Change
- Conduct in‑depth assessments and evaluations of clients’ climate‑related governance practices, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance climate strategy, risk management and broader sustainability practices
- Review of carbon accounting reporting across Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions
- Perform climate hazard screening, climate risk and vulnerability assessments, and develop adaptation plans
- Draft expert reports for climate and sustainability‑related litigation projects
- Prepare proposals and reporting in both Italian and English

Hydrology & Hydraulics
- Hydrological and hydraulic modeling for catchments, urban drainage networks and watercourses
- Support urban drainage, flood risk management and, where relevant, fluvial/coastal hydraulics studies
- Integrate modelin
