Role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor Trainee for our Italy branch, located in Fiorano. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop into a professional within industrial construction and site supervision in a hands‑on work environment. As a trainee supervisor, you will work alongside experienced supervisors, learn to participate in daily planning and coordination, and help ensure that all tasks are completed safely, with high quality, and on schedule. We offer thorough onboarding, opportunities to grow into more responsible roles, and a unique introduction to the highly specialized field of refractory installations.

This trainee position commences in June 2026.

Responsibilities
- Take part in supervisor training in multiple sites in Europe.
- Work in customer projects as an installer to learn the installing methods and tasks.
- Participate in project planning by:
- Contributing to develop risk assessments
- Creating lists of materials and material
- Calculation
- Contact with suppliers and subcontractors




- Making POs
- Freights
- Staffing
- Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are delivered to project site.
- Participate in coordinating the work and communicate with the customer about progress of the project.
- Lead installation work and assign tasks to the installers.
- Document completed work by maintaining a daily work log.
- Manage installer time sheets and submit those on time to project management and payroll.
- Handle returns and other required documentation at the end of the project.
- Ensure that tasks are carried out in accordance with Calderys’ protocols and practices.
- Actively act as a good example and strive to develop the safety culture in projects.
- Actively share information within the company to promote the overall development of the company.
- Act as a contact towards client during the project to ensure smooth project implementation.
