To have a chance of joining CELINE, you must thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment amongst passionate, agile, and authentic people.YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENTAs Production Supervisor, and part of the Production Department, you will be responsible for quantitative, qualitative and productive objectives of one or more production lines and assure the application and respect of security standards, by promoting improvement ideas to avoid risks at work.
Moreover, you will be responsible for the production results, assigning the daily goals to the production line staff and verifying respect of the production plan.This experience will enable you to manage and animate workers of the assigned lines,
encouraging a good working atmosphere and the proactivity of the group.You will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on luxury goods sector working in an international and challenging environment and on engaging projects.Job ResponsabilitiesYour impactTeam Mentorship & Training: Foster a culture of continuous growth by coaching team members, implementing and managing polyvalence projects for increasing technical skills.Schedule daily tasks and share the work plan with the team according to the input received and discussed with Planning Dept.Control and follow the availability of materials in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse departmentsIdentify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance optimization.Plan and coordinate machine/tools improvement, repairs, and the lines' reorganizations, collaborating with the Continuous Improvement department.Actively support the "Lean Manufacturing" Project.Provide the tea
