Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as an Account Manager with a focus on:
- Becoming an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding our customers from the onboarding stage to the renewal, including upsells.
- Managing the entire funnel for existing business. Your mission will be to manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews and do upsells.
- Working closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company’s product: you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers.
- Preparing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing,..), sharing useful insights and ideas on defining our processes

What You’ll Bring
- You have 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles.
