Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Promote Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
- Support teams in achieving Sprint Goals and improving delivery effectiveness.
- Identify, manage, and remove impediments that may impact team performance and delivery.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritisation activities, and sprint preparation.
- Foster collaboration between Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams.
- Monitor team performance, delivery progress, Agile metrics,



and overall sprint execution.
- Drive transparency, accountability, and effective communication within Agile teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalating issues when required.
- Support release planning, coordination activities, and delivery management.
- Facilitate workshops and promote continuous learning, feedback, and innovation.
- Encourage teams to continuously improve processes, collaboration models, and delivery practices.
