Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Design: Manage the mechanical design of new and existing products, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations. After an initial onboarding period, the candidate will take on the role of Mechanical Design Coordinator for the technical area.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with the Functional Manager or Project Manager to manage specifications, costs, development timelines, and project updates.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate small projects as a Project Manager, monitoring costs, quality, and delivery deadlines.
- External Liaison: Interface with external consultants, design firms, and Universities for outsourced activities.




- Prototyping & Testing: Design prototypes and define test protocols in collaboration with the Testing Lab, validating and certifying results.
- Homologation: Support the approval process for new products and outsourced components.
- Cross-functional Support: Provide technical assistance to various company departments on product-related issues.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and update core technical documentation and manuals.

Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (open to fresh graduates or candidates with early-career experience).
- Technical Skills: Good proficiency in 2D design software (AutoCAD, DraftSight) and 3D modeling (ProE Creo or equivalent tools).
- Languages: Good command of English.
