What You’ll Be DoingProvide hands-on, on‑site IT support to colleagues, resolving incidents and requests to ensure daily operations continuity.Support workplace technologies including Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and local infrastructure for reliable user experience.Troubleshoot hardware,
software, and connectivity issues, acting quickly to restore productivity.Collaborate with central IT teams and external partners to ensure fast, high‑quality resolution when escalation is needed.Support manufacturing and production‑related IT systems, helping maintain stability in an industrial environment.What We're Looking ForSolid experience in on‑site IT support within a corporate or industrial environment, including Windows and Microsoft 365.Practical understanding of network connectivity and local infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, on‑site connectivity).A strong problem‑solving attitude and hands‑on approach to daily operational challenges.A service‑oriented, proactive mindset, with clear communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently, manage local priorities, and feel comfortable in an international environment, with fluent communication skills in both Italian and
