What's on offer?
We are seeking a dedicated a hands-on Shift Supervisor to assume responsibility for the day to day supervision of production activities and relevant production employees at our Lara site. Reporting directly to the Shift Manager and working closely with the Production Manager, Site Manager and other relevant production, administration and maintenance staff, the ideal candidate will be action-orientated and have demonstrated leadership abilities to drive the achievement of company objectives for the Lara site.

The Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Site Manager, Production Manager, and Shift Manager to ensure the health and safety of all employees and visitors in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Implementing and enforcing all safety and quality procedures, including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), safety permits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and incident reporting.
- Ensuring that all products leaving the site meet customer specifications and adhere to Ridley’s quality standards.
- Monitoring the supply of raw materials to maintain adequate quantities for production needs.
