JOB SUMMARY




Act as a critical link between safety compliance and nautical operations for the European region, providing dedicated support to both the Director Nautical and Port Operations and the Sr.

Manager Safety Operations.

This role is essential in managing Classification Society approvals for drydock modifications, maintaining critical safety drawings, and supporting the newbuilding process across Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Additionally, the Manager Nautical & Safety
- Italy facilitates European itinerary adjustments, coordinates related port services, and proactively monitors upcoming maritime regulations to ensure fleet readiness and compliance.

* Manage day-to-day communications and operations with Classification Societies regarding modifications executed during drydocks.
* Oversee accurate and timely updates of critical safety documen
