This role ensures the operational efficiency of the Procurement Department by monitoring suppliers, analyzing costs, and supporting negotiation activities, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the corporate supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review and manage Purchase Requisitions (RdA) issued by various departments to ensure accuracy.
- Verify order conditions against initial quotes and requirements.
- Plan and manage purchase orders utilizing ERP/management software.
- Manage and coordinate procurement across CAPEX, OPEX, and services.
- Support and ensure accuracy in accounting activities related to purchasing.
- Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, including the analysis and monitoring of their KPIs.
- Conduct product development research in alignment with business goals and the latest market trends.
- Generate periodic reporting and maintain the digital/physical archive of all procurement documentation.
- Perform cost analysis to identify superior purchasing conditions and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide strategic support to the Department Manager in the following areas:

- Sourcing and selection of suppliers.
- Negotiation and definition of contractual terms.
- Price list management.
Your background

- Degree in Economics or a related field (a Master’s degree in an economic or business discipline is a strong plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience within companies featuring structured procurement and purchasing processes will be highly valued.
