About the RoleThe Technical Support Specialist – Flying Doctor is an after‑sales role focused on hands‑on technical support and field assistance for the Italian dealer network.
The role supports Workshops with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, both remotely and on‑site when necessary. It is a practical,



operational position designed for a technically minded professional who enjoys working directly with vehicles and service teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Field Assistance
- Provide technical after‑sales support to Italian dealers and service centres.
- Assist with vehicle fault diagnosis on mechanical, electrical, electronic and EVs systems.
- Support workshops through remote technical assistance (calls, diagnostic data, fault descriptions).
- Perform on‑site technical support visits when issues cannot be resolved remotely (“flying doctor” activities).
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases with HQ technical staff.
- Collect and document field issues, repair feedback, and technical data from the Italian market.
- Support warranty, quality, and technical investigations with accurate and timely information.
