ZE Energy in Milan seeks an SPV Project & Contract Manager to define, structure and coordinate contractual relationships for projects from backlog to COD. You will gain accountability for on-time, on-quality, on-budget delivery and manage shareholder, EPC/O&M;, and finance contracts across the SPV portfolio.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in energy project development, fluent Italian and English, and strong capability in coordinating outsourced services while navigating project finance
