We are looking for a Head Of Marketing & Sales - BU Pasta Sauces , a strategic and cross-functional role responsible for driving category growth across multiple markets.



The person will be based in our Headquarter in Parma.
Main responsibilities
Market, Consumer & Category Strategy
- Analyse food consumption trends, consumer behaviours, competitor positioning, pricing and innovation landscapes
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and range extensions
- Define category growth objectives and marketing mix (product, price, promotion, placement) in alignment with international markets
- Build business cases and category P&L; ownership, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

Innovation & Product Development Leadership
- Coordinate with R&D;, production and markets to develop and optimise products
- Manage innovation gate processes and ensure cross-functional readiness
- Oversee concept development, packaging, artwork, naming, claims and brand coherence across markets

Cross-Functional & Cross-Market Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance,
