Sales Analyst & Support within the Sourcing team, responsible for managing sales events in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure attractive offers for Veepee members.

Tasks

- Offer Management

- Collaborate closely with brands to collect commercial elements and build offer files that meet Veepee quality standards.
- Conceive the offer based on in‑depth analysis of internal and external data to determine the best assortment and optimal prices.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels to achieve desired stock rotation standards.
- Define selling prices to maximize sold quantities and generated margin.
- Engage in sales forecasting activities and identify potential turnover with the KAM.
- Base strategic analysis and insights on previous campaign data, elasticity and A/B test studies, physiological pricing, benchmarks, and market knowledge.
- Sales Management

- Ensure commercial milestones and compliance requirements to secure timely launch (internal validation, final price confirmation, stock readiness, referent price checks).
- Coordinate with Sales Production teams (Data Managers & Content Managers) to guarantee smooth content production and high‑quality sales online.
- Commercial Analysis

- Track key performance KPIs during sales to identify growth levers and improvement actions.
- Prepare post‑sale sales reports for internal stakeholders (KAM & Team Manager Sales) and for brand partners.
- Collaborate with the KAM to prepare business reviews and identify development opportunities with brand partners.
- Create materials for brand meetings and participate as needed.

Must Have Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Result‑oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
- Rigorous, well organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player capable of collaborating
