We are looking for a motivated Senior HR Specialist to help support our people and business operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, helping ensure a positive employee experience through responsive support, accurate data, and streamlined processes. You will contribute to compliance, process improvement,
and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen both employee engagement and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted associate to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the People Team in driving employee experience and retention through onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and more.
- Focus on timely resolution to employee inquiries through the FreshDesk platform.
- Support our employee population with questions, troubleshooting, simplistic reporting, and process adherence for Tier 2 support.
- Create, maintain, and update knowledge articles within the systems to ensure our employees have current and the most up to date information.
- Take a user-centric approach to processes, technology, and procedures to improve employee experience.
