We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.Responsibilities• Own MEP Cost Planning & Estimates
Generate detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing cost plans, ensuring alignment with design and scope while keeping budgets under control.
• Drive MEP Tendering & Supplier Selection
Manage the tendering process, evaluate bids,
and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising technical quality.
• Control MEP Variations & Changes
Track and assess all MEP variations, ensure approvals, and update financials accurately to maintain cost integrity.
• Report & Forecast MEP Costs
Deliver regular MEP-specific cost reports, forecasts, and analyses that inform project financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with MEP Teams for Cost Control
Partner with engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues while safeguarding budgets and ensuring specifications are met.RequirementsMust have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
