Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport Site/Depot Management in achieving EHS performanceDrive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in the site.Advice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom strategy and objectives. Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. Monitor the right deployment of the plan.Ensure EHS Risk Assessment is done & appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site.Prepare,
implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level (where applicable).Make sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas.Has full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in an immediate high risk to People or the Environment.Lead the EHS function in the SitesMonitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the EHS teams in the siteConduct induction programs for new EHS people in the site.Involve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHSRSPP according to D.Lgs.81/08Develop Site/Depot EHS Management SystemDevelop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Site specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport & Country/Cluster EHS Management SystemEnsure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviat
