In Italy, the second insurance market for the Group after Germany, Allianz Italy operates with approximately 4,500 employees serving more than 8 million customers, through a multi-channel distribution network consisting of over 25,000 insurance agents, financial advisors, important bancassurance agreements and direct insurer Allianz Direct.Job Purpose / RoleWithin the Strategic Planning department in the CFO area, we are looking for an Insurance Planning specialist who will join the LH Planning & Capital Management team.
Your role will encompass a variety of dynamic and challenging tasks.
These include – but are not limited to – supporting the activities related to the Strategic Planning cycle in the LH segment, the ongoing performance monitoring, and the regular forecast activities as well as to ad hoc special projects. To this end, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of experts.
This includes for example interacting with Actuarial, Accounting&Reporting;, Risk colleagues, as well as with the LH technical area team.Key ResponsibilitiesIn particular, your tasks will comprise:Contributing to the design and coordination of the Strategic Planning for LH companies within Allianz S.p.A.
Group, Support the monitoring activities and running quantitative analysis to support the CFO and the Business Functions’ strategic decisionsSupport the regular forecast activities in coordination with all involved Local and Group departments Contributing to the implementation of strategic business initiatives and ad hoc, cross functional projectsKey Requirements / Skills / ExperienceMaster's degree
