JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is hiring a Finance Industrial Controller to join Burberry Tecnica, supporting the Outerwear division at the centre of industrial and supply chain operations. The role plays a critical part in strengthening cost control, margin visibility and financial discipline, enabling confident decision-making across teams. Acting as a finance partner to Operations, Product and Supply Chain,

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver industrial controlling and performance analysis for Burberry Tecnica, with a focus on cost, margin and operational drivers.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial results, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of reporting.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams to provide financial insight that informs sourcing and production decisions.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and seasonal planning through robust costing and margin analysis.
