IMA E-COMMERCE is looking for a Sales Engineer to join its team.
IMA E-COMMERCE specializes in the design and manufacturing of automated packaging lines dedicated to the e-commerce and logistics sectors.
Location: Ozzano dell’Emilia, Italy
The Role




- Plan and develop sales activities aimed at acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Conduct both commercial visits and relationship-building courtesy visits not directly focused on sales opportunities.
- Upon customer request, and in collaboration with technical colleagues, develop customized solutions that will be translated into commercial proposals.
- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial offers with the support of the relevant Product Manager.
- Liaise with the Legal Department on contractual matters.
- Develop and expand a local sales support network within the assigned territories.
- Coordinate and, where necessary, directly manage the activities of sales agents operating within the assigned area.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Back Office, After-Sales Service, Production, and Engineering teams.
