Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres | Mission-Critical ConstructionA leading European data centre delivery specialist is currently seeking two experienced CSA Engineers to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Milan.This organisation is delivering some of the most advanced mission-critical infrastructure projects across Europe, supporting global technology clients through full turnkey delivery from design, construction, and commissioning through to final handover.As a CSA Engineer, you will take responsibility for overseeing the Civil, Structural and Architectural works packages on site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety,
and programme performance are achieved.This is a highly technical role requiring strong coordination across subcontractors, design teams, and QA/QC functions, with a focus on right-first-time delivery and zero-defect execution.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily site execution of CSA works including civils, structural, and architectural scopes
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, and benchmarks
• Maintain quality control across all construction activities, supporting a zero-defects approach
• Coordinate closely with the QA/QC team to ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance records
• Review contractor work and raise snag lists through the approved project platform
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and track progress against the construction programme
• Manage site documentation, reports, and technical records throughout the project lifecycle
