For more information, please visit fluenceenergy.com.Job Description:Role OverviewAs a Commissioning Engineer (Italian Speaker), you will lead the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, ensuring a safe and successful transition from construction to operation. You will coordinate testing, manage commissioning schedules, work closely with customers, contractors, and local authorities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a fluent Italian speaker.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on field work,



thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable taking ownership while solving problems independently. Training is primarily provided through practical, on-the-job experience.This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the renewable energy transition while working on cutting-edge battery storage projects across Europe. The role offers significant autonomy, ownership, and decision-making responsibility, combined with the opportunity to travel, work with diverse teams and customers, and gain exposure to a wide range of complex projects.
