What Youll Be Doing:Delivering exceptional customer support to clients in German
Engaging with users through various platforms and solving issues with precision and empathy
Working closely with our international team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Handling tasks in a dynamic, multi-lingual environment with opportunities to develop new skills

What Youll Need to Succeed:C2-level proficiency in German

Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)
