For further details, we kindly invite you to follow us on Linkedin to stay updated with the latest job opportunities.PositionOur client, an international Company operating in the Food Ingredients sector, is currently looking for the:COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR EUROPEThis is a highly strategic, customer-facing leadership role responsible for establishing direct and technically credible relationships with Tier 1 bakers and food manufacturers across the region.Reporting directly to the Group Chief Commercial Officer.Aim & Responsibilities Lead and grow the Company food preservation and protection business across Continental Europe,
with a primary focus on industrial and artisanal bakery customers and a secondary remit across broader food and beverage applications.Own and deliver the commercial strategy for food preservation and protection across Continental Europe, in line with the Company's shift toward direct, end-user-led commercial relationships. Build, qualify and personally manage a portfolio of Tier 1 bakery and food manufacturing accounts, acting as the senior relationship owner and technical-commercial point of contact.Develop and execute territory and key account plans, including pipeline management, forecasting, and delivery against revenue and margin targets.Lead, coach and where relevant recruit a team of Key Account Managers / technical sales professionals across the region, embedding a consistent, technically credible selling approach.Partner closely with R&D;, technical service and regulatory teams to ensure preserv
