OverviewQuintas Energy Italy is seeking a Technical Services Lead to play a role in driving the growth of our technical asset management and advisory services business in Italy. This leadership role combines strategic development responsibilities with the oversight of technical service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.

You will report directly to the Country Manager of Quintas Energy Italy while working in close collaboration with the Group Heads of Technical Asset Management and Quintas Advisory.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to service teams managing Quintas client portfolios in Italy.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the technical services business, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of renewable energy technologies, assessing their potential and applicability to client portfolios.




- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Italian and European regulatory frameworks for renewable energy.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing troubleshooting support throughout project lifecycles.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for major clients, ensuring long-term relationships and trust.
- Provide expert support during negotiations and execution of client contracts.
- Deliver client presentations, proposals, and technical reports with clarity and impact.
- Lead and support commercial activities, including proposals and professional advisory engagements.
- Contribute to expanding Quintas' repository of best-practice technical and commercial documentation.
