Saipem is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Engineering Lead in Milan to oversee reliability and maintenance strategy for complex energy projects.

You will coordinate with the EPC Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Department and liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure safety and performance are met.
