The desk intermediates Italian and international equity securities on behalf of clients (asset management companies, family offices, treasury departments,
pension funds, and foundations) as well as for the firm’s proprietary activities. The desk also executes arbitrage transactions for clients arising from corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, rights issues, restructurings, and similar events. The team benefits from extensive industry expertise and advanced technological tools specifically designed to support its activities. In addition, the desk intermediates Italian and international derivatives, primarily equity-related instruments. Trading activities are conducted both on listed markets and in the OTC (Over-The-Counter) market. Transactions are executed through both agency execution services and proprietary trading activities.
