Role Description The Senior Sales Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading commercial strategy and execution across Velaris’ portfolio of laboratory automation solutions. This role oversees regional and/or global sales teams, sets revenue targets, and drives pipeline growth through strategic account planning and business development initiatives. Day-to-day activities include managing key customer relationships, coaching sales managers,



reviewing forecasts and performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market plans. The Senior Sales Director also develops sales processes and tools, ensures strong customer service standards, and represents Velaris at industry events and customer meetings as needed. This position plays a central role in expanding market presence and aligning sales efforts with Velaris’ mission and long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including strategic account management and pipeline growth.
Experience in Sales Operations, with the ability to manage forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
Background in Customer Service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Proven Team Management experience, leading and developing high-performing, geographically dispersed sales teams.
Demonstrated success in senior sales leade
