Mould Engineer EMEA

As Mould Engineer , you will play a key role in managing the technical sourcing and development of injection moulds, ensuring the successful transition from product design to industrialized manufacturing solutions. Reporting within our EMEA Engineering organization, you will collaborate closely with Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure mould designs meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost objectives.
The role will be mainly based at our production site in Casella (GE), Italy , or in our site in Zola Predosa (BO) , but will be required to travel to the other Italian site on a regular basis according to specific needs, while also operating within a truly international environment as part of our EMEA Engineering team. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and contribute to projects with regional impact. Occasional travel across the EMEA region will be required.
