The Opportunity
The Service Account Manager Italy North-East (hereafter, "Service Account Manager") is responsible for managing and developing service sales activities in the North-East Italian region. The role requires collaboration with Local Service Unit (LSU) Sales Manager, Service Business Unit sales teams, and other stakeholders. The Service Account Manager will be based in North Italy and will visit customers 2–3 days per week to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Service Sales Strategy
- Adopt, plan, and implement local and hub service sales strategies and targets related to the entire service portfolio (lifecycle management, service products and solutions, and installed base (IB) penetration).
- Deliver and exceed targets in terms of orders, GM%, response time, and customer satisfaction for the full-service portfolio.
- Responsible for accurate sales order forecasting using SFDC and for improving data quality.
- Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure service order volume.




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, generating and identifying service sales leads by analyzing IB potential.
- Work with account managers to follow service-focused account plans for the country and with segment and channel managers to identify and pursue leads.
- Establish long‑term customer relationships with key customers and decision‑makers by understanding requirements, regulations, and exhibiting the value proposition for service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to.
- Collaborate with Business Units and account teams to position different service offerings, evaluate and share relevant information on installed base data, sales leads, customer and competitor solutions, and marketing trends.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support and take the lead when needed for market
