Position: Senior Client Advisor - Montenapoleone
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving outstanding commercial performance. This role requires a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in luxury retail, a deep understanding of client development, and a strong ability to build long‑term relationships with local and international clientele.
You will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales objectives,
mastering all key performance indicators, and cultivating a high‑value client portfolio through personalized engagement strategies, private appointments, and proactive client outreach. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting boutique management by sharing best practices and contributing to the development of less experienced team members.
