Our advisory services in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and M&A; provide companies with the tools they need to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals. To strengthen our M&A; business unitand, in particular to further develop the DACH market, we are looking for a:

Junior Business Developer - M&A; (German speaker) MILAN

What will you do?

As part of the team, you will support experienced professionals in:
- developing and managing the M&A; opportunity pipeline (buy-side/sell-side);
- actively participating in industry fairs and events to generate new prospects;
- interacting directly with key decision-makers in acquisition and strategic partnership projects;




- strengthening EpyonVivida’s international positioning – particularly in the DACH region – and expanding the network;
- collaborating with the Execution Team across all stages of the M&A; process, up to Closing.

Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Economics or Marketing with approximately 1 year of experience in M&A;, consulting or B2B sales roles;
- excellent command of German (native/professional level) and English, and willingness to travel;
- strong interest in M&A; and business development activities;
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.
