Context of the Position

As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Italian market. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.





This position is designed for an accomplished senior logistics leader specializing in heavy-volume, bulky goods distribution. The role demands a professional with a strong command of industrial facility safety, specialized warehouse layout optimization, and the leadership capacity to manage high-turnover cross-docking operations.

The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Take complete operational, safety, and strategic ownership of our brand-new Large Item Distribution Center in the Madrid area, ensuring a flawless launch, optimized space utilization, and damage-free inventory throughput.
- The Scope: You will take full accountability for the entire bulky goods fulfillment ecosystem—from specialized racking configuration and heavy machinery inbound/outbound operations to driving strict compliance and industrial safety standards.
