Service Commercial Manager – Italy (Part‑time 30h weekly)

Your mission
Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us This is a part‑time position, 30 hours weekly.
Role Purpose
Support the Italian market in securing service contracts and managing standard service commercial activities, while coordinating direct service offers with the SCS team.
Core Responsibilities (SCM)
- Business Insights
- Analyze market trends, competitors’ service strategies and pricing.
- Identify customer needs and provide structured market insights to the SCM organization.
- Cost Improvement
- Support cost structure analysis for service proposals and pricing optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance on profitability evaluation and quotation estimates when required.
- Proposal Competitiveness
- Support pre‑tender clarification and preparation of service proposal content.
- Ensure competitive, aligned service offers in support of Italian Sales teams.
- Commercial Terms Management
- Prepare and review standard SA / LTSA service contract terms.
- Support negotiations and ensure compliance, contract registration and handover.
- Direct service offers in coordination with SCS
- Prepare direct service offers in CRM (spare parts, warranty extensions, training, site visits).
- Coordinate with SCS and act as first contact point for Italian customers on non‑LTSA requests.
Your profile
We want you to feel happy with this position, so you should be a self‑motivated and performance‑driven person.
- Background:
- A business degree with a certain affinity to technology/energy
- An engineering background with a commercial focus.
- Ideally you have worked in a similar role for ~3 years.
- Strong language package: Italian and English at least C1.
- Creative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and “Yes, we can” mentality.
- Proactive, dynamic and task‑oriented.
