The Caronno Pertusella site plays a key role in the production and industrialization of silicone solutions, with high requirements in terms of quality, responsiveness, and industrial performance. In the context of organizational transformation and reinforcement of technical teams, the local R&T; team has undergone significant changes in recent years, leading to a progressive reorganization of support activities for both the site and customers.
In order to secure a sustainable level of technical support, support business growth, and enhance responsiveness to production challenges (quality, productivity, non-conformities management), Bluestar Silicones is now looking to recruit an R&T; Technician.
Main Responsibilities
- Support production in improving quality and productivity
- Resolve non-conformities and customer claims
- Support industrialization of new products
- Release blocked stock
- Identify corrective
