Project and Specification Manager – Protective Coatings, Infrastructure

Location: Italy – covering South Europe – Italy

As a Project and Specification Manager specializing in Protective Coatings for the Civil Infrastructure sector, you play a pivotal role in contributing to the sustainable growth of PPG’s Protective Coatings Infrastructure business. We focus on safeguarding valuable assets, such as data centers, battery manufacturing plants, road/rail bridges, and airports facilities, exposed to various atmospheric conditions. Our mission is to protect these assets while ensuring a cleaner environment. Leveraging your deep market knowledge and our advanced product solutions, you will establish lasting relationships with key customers.

- Execute Value Selling for our products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Ensure the achievement of short- and medium-term sales and margin targets.
- Conduct impactful visits to key industry players, including owners, engineering/architects, and EPCs.
- Prepare Key Account plans and maintain your Projects pipeline in Salesforce.com.
- Expand your internal network to learn, gain support, and accelerate your impact
