Position Overview
R0001497 Consolidated Financial Statements Specialist (Open). We’re Nadara, a renewable energy company focused on living energy. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Milan and contribute to the accuracy and reliability of the Group’s financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the quarterly, half-year, and annual Group consolidation process, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, consolidation adjustments, journal entries, checks, and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and the notes accompanying half-year and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience, preferably within a Big Four firm (Audit)



or in the consolidated financial statement department of a multinational group.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS standards.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
- A strong desire to learn and continuously develop professionally.

Location: Milano – Martesana.
Time: Tempo pieno.
