Job Description

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French AND Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Rome.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via ticket system or phone calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage follow‑ups.
- Apply procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies.

Qualifications
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
- Previous experience in customer contact is a plus.




- Great problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience planning complex schedules of activities.

Working Pattern
- Internship (tirocinio), 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
